Yeah, you can tell by looking at Keith's shoulders. They look they did when they went vegetarian. They've been on the road doing stand up so they probably haven't been in the gym much. Hopefully they don't let business get in the way of lifting.

They probably got genetics where when you stop lifting for a bit you deflate but as soon as you get back into it you balloon back up

True they did say they are ectomorphs. They have to try really hard to keep size on.
