Its a private gym. In the video they were saying that the regular gyms be bytching about them filming. So they're gonna work out at their own gym.
Facts. That spot is probably $2-3k a month. Which is good because its an office space, gym AND storage for their merch and supplements. Its an expense so they can write of a portion of it

I think the days of being able to just jump on youtube and do the fitness thing and make a killing is over since everyone has pretty much done it. most of these peoples channels suck now people just still watch because they have been following so long
