I know this is not the normal type of news that's talked about here, but since this is breaking and domestic news, Nipsey Hussle being shot in front of his store and fighting for his life is something that needs to be talked about. I'm not even sure how to properly start a thread on the subject, but the ramifications is far-ranging and needs to be discussed with rationality not stereotypes or questionable anecdotes.

not that I agree with this strategy, but if Bernie does get elected. does the strategy, albeit clearly a privileged one, of its better that trump wins because it will allow progressive policy to move forward. if bernie wins, coupled with people like aoc and ilhan ohmar etc now being stars, is that not at least a partial victory for those people? because certainly if hilary wins, bernie aint winning a primary against her in 2020, maybe we still get someone like aoc but im not positive.
