Yeah, I do think quitting the DNC in order to support Bernie showed too much conviction for the establishment's taste. Whatever, yeah I hope she makes it to the debate stage. I want to see her next to Kamala and Corey and see how she does.
They are indeed trying to sabotage her. It’s clear.
DNC knew about her history, yet made her a Vice-Chair. But they immediate bring up her anti-LGBT past, even though she apologized for it in 2012?
Establishment goes at her for her Hindu nationalist ties and for being good terms with Modi. Fair to scrutinize said ties, yet those are the same people that have met and/or praised Modi ever since he became a prime minister in 2014. They are also the same people who are chummy with Israel and Saudi Arabia, regardless of who is in charge. They don’t care about Indian politics. They just use it as a means to attack her.
It’s fine to criticize her for meeting Assad, but to call her an Assadist is a stretch. This is the same man she called a brutal dictator. And even if she were to go even harder on Assad right now, it wouldn’t matter. So long as she doesn’t advocate for his departure, they will go in on her for it.
Then reports about every single flaw about her campaign, even though it barely started. And people saying that because David Duke and Richard Spencer like her because of her foreign policy, she should be written off, even though she denounced them immediately.
And now the Russia bullshyt.
All this has been spammed in less than a month. There are things to critized Tulsi for (Conflicted about torture, War on Terror, Drones, etc), but the establishment isn’t touching that, because low key they are mostly on the same page as her on this issue. So they go for the smears instead.
Change thread title to “Everyone should throw $27 in the “
She has no chance huh? What was the common wisdom about Trump around this time last presidential election season?
Grand opening. Grand closing.
Her meeting with assad and ties to modi will never go away but its clearly used as a smear partly because tulsi didnt support hillary
That issue wouldnt be a problem against trump who met with putin without anyone in the room and meets with kim jong un
Trump wouldnt have that leverage on her whatsoever
With that said, again, its not going to go away in this primary and caps tulsis potential
Her best chance is to get into a biden or bernie cabinet and run again in 2024 or 2028 depending on whether or not bernie or biden seek reelection after they win
She would do well as a secy of state
@Chef Mello called it!
The View shyts on Tulsi and barely addresses Kamala’s record, if at all.
MSNBC goes in on Tulsi’s meeting of Assad (again ) and doesn’t even address the Kamala stuff whatsoever.
Now we got ppl talking about “Russian bots” as if the Russians told Kamala to do what she did
I made it clear several times that I’m fine with Tulsi’s flaws—that I pointed out myself—being challenged (makes her a better candidate). I just want that same energy to be used on other candidates.
The establishment clearly picked their side with Kamala. They are allowing her to move on and not address anything that was brought up yesterday. Meanwhile, they throwing the kitchen sink at Tulsi again.
The internet remembers though. Kamala is done. She will not get the nomination
Many people in our government never held an elected position before. Our president has not.
I'm not a fan of Tulsi, but she has at least has military experience and is an elected member of Congress.
It's more establishment bullshyt bruh...
The majority of Tulsi's support comes from independents and moderates, the voters the DNC has kicked to the curb and thinks they can beat Trump without...
If the Dems can't impeach Trump (they can't) the DNC and far left will be shedding a lot more tears November 2020...
@ Tulsi being a viable candidate...since she announced she's essentially been running for a cabinet position. No major endorsements, little to no notoriety, a weak platform and her time in the House has essentially been a mystery.
