He gave us years worth of classics in a blink

:mjcry:

I really like Big Hit. Was he the greatest rapper? Nah, but his energy and gangster survival tales were very compelling. And every now and then he had a few lines that made me .

But the biggest draw for me was the father & son success story he had with Hit Boy. Even if you didn't like his music, you had to root for the guy after all the time he spent in prison and how much HB did to set him up when he got out.

It's sad...I hope he can get out - and stay out - soon. We need a family album with HB, Big Hit, & Hit Girl Lena.

NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
Ehh fukk y'all haters. if you've done time before then u understand how the shyt is stacked against you and how hard it is to overcome the mentality that gets etched into the hardwiring of your brain when you're inside. I hope he figures it out and this isn't too big of a setback
I think he went back for dirty urine. Wouldn't be surprised because with the rules u gotta follow when u get out it's like they WANT u to go back. Free labor.

I think they knew he was finna sit down for a good min after he caught that last case.

I hope they recorded enough for the family album before he went back in.

I believe people that constantly go back to prison have a boyfriend in that muthafka. Or like to stare at dks at shower time.

:sas2:
Another reason, which is sad when you really think about it, is responsibility frightens them and theyโ€™re much more comfortable and able to function in there, where someone feeds them and houses them everyday. That might not apply to Hitboyโ€™s pops since Hitboy is rich but yeah, a lot of them repeated return guests genuinely think life is easier in there

This is hella disappointing.

Hit-Boy set this man up better than anybody whose ever gotten out of prison not named Ellis Redding. All he had to do was stay in the studio cranking out work with the likes of ALCHEMIST, THE GAME, and BIG SEAN. Popping up in videos with the likes of KENDRICK LAMAR. And just chilling.

shyt is fukking ridiculous
It's like a cycle, nikkas come home, some'll go in
Do a bullet, come back, do the same shyt again

Fee Big Hit

I don't follow hit boy's career like that, but Big Hit was one of the very few rappers I was checking for this year.. OG just had it.

Like @QBN said, he probably wasn't going to make any "best rapper out" lists, but good, relatable content has always had a lane in hip hop, everybody ain't gotta be the sharpest MC, as long as you telling a interesting enough story..
