With a flattop along with a mullet that had the power to create mountains, erupt volcanoes, make whirlpools and basically make natural disasters to stop polluters but would straight go on life support, losing all his superpowers the moment his finger got caught in a plastic ring from a six pack or a fishnet where he would sink to the bottom of the ocean. I always used to wonder as a kid if that made sense. Even now, I'm trying to convince myself that that was a mandala effect type of thing because that shyt made no sense.
