arabs didn't exist back then, there's no such thing as a middle eastern race. White people and black people can be middle eastern.

Arabs are mix breed mongrels who didn't even exist in those times.

I said "looked" arab or middle eastern. Does the term pre-semitic arabians make you feel better? I was attempting to put it in a modern context.

I dont really care to get into a semantics debate. As I said, Hannibal's forefathers most likely came from the Levant and he most likely looked like someone from that region rather than sub saharan African. I

I know what you said. Instead of trying to argue with, read what I said.

Nobody looked arab back then because that look didn't exist until hundreds of years later.

Just like it took hundreds of years for light skin black people to exist in America.

the first 100 years of slavery there wasn't any steph curry looking nikkaz in America.

White people know Hannibal is black because the roman writer's described him as black even though the "bust" and images had him as white.

It's always been known hannibal was a black man.

I'm loving this series. The story of Arminius has been the most powerful for me so far

I just put onto to this from watching this video clip from the Atlanta Black Star's YouTube channel:

History Channel‘s newest documentary series, Barbarians Rising, tackles the fall of Rome over the course of 700 years of invasions. However, the most recent episode that aired Monday depicts Hannibal of Carthage as a Black man, and many white history buffs are crying foul over the “historical inaccuracy.”
