I kinda don’t have an opinion this. I live in a hispanic country now and lived around several in the states but I didn’t work with a large group of them.@Wiseborn
But it kinda IS true.
Everyone on my FB feed with a bachelor's or above talks about CACs in the workplace, and technical shyt.
In general in corporate everyone is trying to backdoor everyone else for a promotion. skin folk or not.
Man listen ask a plumber how he feels about that foh. We been side by side with these arrogant b*stards for my whole career. Mfs will click up on your ass faster than horchata piss. Good fkn riddanceDudes on here be crying over immigrants and Latinos

I almost got fired about 2 months ago for saying some extremely disrespectful shyt to a Puerto Rican cat 
Had dude tryin to fight , until he let a female who is 5’2 “hold him back” but I said some foul disrespectful shyt and dared him to do somethin about it. Can’t operate like that at work

White people try to hold you back from promotions or impose almost impossible additional requirements designed for you to fail.
Mexicans click up and snitch about everything to sabotage you. Sometimes create fake problems and come up with a fake solution to make you look bad in front of managers.
Black folks gossip and keep the rumor mill going. Too busy being fake trying to impress other people. We normally don’t run shyt, but the few that the white nikkas put in leadership will just be yes men and not realize they’re being used to avoid discrimination lawsuits.
Find a way to pay yourselves. There is no win in the workforce for us.

This… everyone is always tryna look out for team #1 which is theirselves…Nobody is truly your friend in the workplace. I’ve had many black ppl try to screw me over too.
BUT I will say, I’ve defintely worked with some backstabbing, sneaky, racist Hispanics before… they often look at the white man as the ultimate boss so anything that can make them look good or get up one rung on the ladder, they are willing to do… which is one reason why they tend to snitch heavy in the workplace… especially if it involves throwing another person or color under the bus…
Best believe there’s black people like that too… but there’s even more black people that will try to be somewhat decent towards you just cuz they know we are all in the same struggle…. African Americans that is
