...he had no personality, either be interesting and entertaining without relying on technical skills, or fukk off. There are only a few wrestlers out there that can do that, I still don't like them though. And I say fukk anybody that pushes spot monkeys and technical wrestlers without any promo skills. I'm looking at the people that are pushing Evan Bourne, Tyson kidd maybe, ring of honor for most of them, Trent baretta, John Morrison, Kofi Kingston, mike dalton, cj parker, maybe jason jordan, why can't you just give up and make them jobbers, mostly Trent kidd some times Bourne for his entire career dalton as well make them a jobbing tag team called pure enhancement, Morrison, and Kofi forever because he can't do shyt because he is the token black guy of the wwe.

ring of honor gave you aries, danielson, fat boy joe and punk, john morrison actually cut decent promos when he was on wwecw

if you're gonna point out bland motherfukkers who shouldnt have a job, all you gotta do is look at cody rhodes as the perfect example, dude is a decent in ring talent but has no personality beyond a mustache, him teaming with sandow fukked sandow up

..here's where I derail you.

1. I said most of the people in ring of honor, not all of them. And I'm talking about the current roh roster not every person from ring of honor. Guys like team ambition Roderick strong, guys like them are a cancer to pro wrestling.

And 3. Even if you can talk, tht doesn't mean you should, you have to know how to say what you're saying too. People like punk Roberts ambrose they know how to talk, people like Bourne strong team ambition, please go away. You're a cancer to this sport, I don't give a fukk if you're a good wrestler, if you can't entertain me vocally and psychologically, then you're wasting my time so fukk off.

well considering i dont really follow roh anymore since they lost like all their damn talent (kow, generico, tyler black, aries) the only storyline i know in roh is the thing with kevin steen and this fake nwo thing theyre doing, i thought that team ambition shyt was finished like a year ago and one of them dudes turned on davey or something

and this is where you and i differ, I prefer to watch a good match than to listen to some lame ass promo, dusty rhodes perfect example, good talker, but the most awkward wrestler i've ever seen to be a main eventer, he literally wrestled like somebody who watched it on tv and was trying to emulate it just from that, everything he did looked fukking horrible

This is why it's good that kevin steen the shield and cm punk exist, they are awesome wrestlers and they know when and how to talk as well. And what nwo thing?

Going by that logic you must have HATED 99% of cruiserweight matches in WCW then

No, only sorted watching from 2005 through then pen on, and I said wrestlers that didnt have both. Eddie could do both Rey can do both when he's able to, chris Jericho was an amazingly awesome talker. Brian pillman was awesome, raven, xpac sometimes, and Jamie noble too.

Lynn was a very solid in-ring worker. That's it.

The reason he pretty much went as far as he could have is because he just never had "it". Sure we can say Benoit wasn't much of a talker or Mysterio can't talk or RVD this and that... but all of them are different from Lynn because he was just plain. Entirely too plain to be seen or pushed in the same light as they were. I can't give you one great promo any of them had, but they all had an in-ring presence that made them stand out. There's been lots of solid workers, that doesn't mean they all deserved to be top stars or prominent names- Lynn falls into that category. If a wrestler is very good wrestling-wise but doesn't particularly stand out in any way, it's not really a shame that he doesn't go further, it's basically a given that he won't. It's like saying Raymond Rougeau should be where Bret is- no he shouldn't, cause he wasn't Bret. You still gotta have something extra to get you over, and Lynn never had that.

He may have been weak on the mic, but he was the truth in the ring. I loved his match with RVD back in 99 and the whole "New F'N show" nickname. He's one of those guys you wish got a hell of a push, but with the good set of matches that he has it doesn't bother you that he didn't

:salute: I always enjoyed his work so Congratulation to Jerry Lynn on a very solid career and I would rather watch him on Monday nights instead of a lot of these wrestlers

I like that sequence that he used to do in his matches with RVD where they'd reverse each other's moves for like a minute and a half.

Dope thread. I guess he made his mark with his feud with RVD. Always the underdog. He can always carry a high flyer to a good crisp match.

When Cesaro first went for that Neutralizer, i thought he was bout to hit the:

No, he wasn't. No one watched or cared about Mr. JL or any of his ESPN stuff. If so how come no one has brought them up yet? Because they didn't matter, and really were not that good.

And RVD Classic Matches:
vs Cena at ONS 2006
vs Jeff Hardy Invasion
vs Benoit Summerslam
vs Brock Lesnar and Jericho King of the Ring 2002
Sabu and RVD vs Hayabusa and Jinsei Shinzaki Heatwave 98
vs Eddie Guerro ladder match for the IC title Raw
vs Angle and Stone Cold for WWE Title Unforgiven
vs Sabu #1 contender match for ECW title
vs Rey Mysterio Extreme Rules on Raw

I could literally do this all day. Wack Fagat, do us all a favor and go back into obscurity. Everyone always hated you and your shytty opinions.

most of these are classics to you? seriously?

i have basically all of these shows on tape and dont even remember the existence of half of these matches. meanwhile, jerry lynn was in TNA wrestling circles around rvd matches during that exact same time period.

you say that nobody remembers the espn stuff, thats because you dont know wrestling. that gwf light-heavyweight division is the group that pioneered all this light-heavyweight/cruiserweight stuff in the states.

edit: i forgot that youre the janitor with the special shoe from the old tsc. lol. get away from me.

i dont think that anybody is mad over the fact that he wasnt a main eventer in say the wwf or wcw. but dude couldve definitely got a good run as a i-c or u.s. champ. come on.

especially nowadays, where the main events are clogged with chitty-chit and wackness.
