No it wont, maybe American Hip-hop, but hip-hop/rapping itself is ingrained in worldwide youth culture.
The idea of a musical genre having eternal pop culture dominance hasn’t borne out to be true. I’m sure fans of jazz and rock and roll once held your opinion.

You're right.. but I'm not seeing what replaces right at the moment.
I think capitalism driven Hip Hop might be slow for the next while, especially with Trump taking office. It will sound more local and more conscious. Country music will be the dominant genre singing the praises of capitalism.
