Pretty funny that they still can't grapple with the fact that Drake lost in large part because he kept expecting and demanding Kendrick to adopt his behaviors, and now post-battle his media sycophants are still making the same argument. Why isn't Kendrick saying anything? Why isn't Kendrick releasing a response immediately? Why isn't Kendrick posting memes? Why isn't Whitney following Mr. Morale???
:mjlol:

And now we've circled back to why isn't Kendrick releasing more music (this time as a proxy for allegedly not working with LA artists despite all his albums being full of LA artists). If you notice a pattern it really boils down to "why isn't Kendrick as overly accessible as Drake." Why doesn't Kendrick provide as much content to consume as Drake does. Well I think you saw the answer to that in the battle, and it's one reason why Kendrick won so handily lol. So he should probably keep doing what he's doing no?

Not only that but drake has oversaturated the market with music so it makes a come back even harder for him.

They're saying exactly what we been saying on this site.

Kendrick used those artists at the Pop Out. He could change the trajectory of any one of their careers with a single feature, especially the rappers during DJ Heds set, but he doesn't even give them a shout out when they drop a project despite them sticking their necks out for him.

03 Greedo said it best. A lot of those rappers at the Pop Out shouldve thought twice about jumping out the window for Kendrick, when Drake would've actually done some for their careers.

Insert duck emoji.

stans suffered PTSD from a rap battle.

The Pop Out was viewed by millions of people with those performing artists getting exposure to a fanbase they normally wouldn’t have. Half of those artists weren’t getting that sort of look from Drake or anybody else with a major platform lets stop with this notion that Drake is this benevolent behemoth gracing artists with features and getting nothing in return. Drake is a wave rider, an expert wave rider, who hops on songs that were already buzzing by rappers who already had a position to blow or primed to blow. This is known, he uses them just as much as you claim Kendrick did. I’m sure Kendrick never promised any single artist at that show anything more than the opportunity to have their music showcased at one of the biggest musical events of the year. Which is an opportunity to have increased streams, sales, plays, and views WITHOUT someone like Drake colonizing the attention.

And how far exactly have these guys made it? Lol

All these guys you listed outside Ty$ (and ironically he got a kdot feature) are still really only local artists after years of work. Problem in particular has been rapping for over 10 years now and still hasn't seen mainstream bread. California has always been a bubble that is hard to break out of for emerging artists.

A single Kendrick feature right now with how hot he is can change one of these guys careers and get them a mainstream look that goes beyond California.

You should probably work on your jokes. This shyt is just corny.

I wasnt entirely joking. You croadies need therapy to deal with your obvious PTSD.

It’s been five months and y’all are still coping by making threads like this one.

I never knew a rap battle can give fans PTSD, but here we are.

You're not being serious. Every single one of those artists has ambitions to be more than just a local artist.

You're on a site where people still debate Nas vs Hov and 50 vs Game/Ross/Ja/etc every day.

Just admit you dont like it when Kendrick is criticized. Which was another point in the video.

G Perico (LA) and Q Da Fool (Maryland) both got dropped by Roc Nation. Both had potential but I didn't really see Roc do anything for them. Never saw them on any major platforms besides the local ones that everybody gets on.
