Seeing a large, wild animal in the Angeles National Forest in Azusa was one of the most frightening moments of my life. I went bungee jumping with a group of 20-30 people...the bungee jump company lead us on a hike 4.5 miles through the mountains to the jump spot. Halfway through the hike, we're at least 1000 ft up on the side of a mountiain.....we see a huge mountain sheep up above us that looked like this

it looked at us with a menacing stare....bowed his head...and barreled directly towards us.....

the bungee jump guy started freaking out.....so we all started freaking out...


thankfully, it ran around us, and continued running down the mountain...

those sheep can run full speed on 70 degree slopes...it looks like they're defying gravity

Even aminals that you wouldn't even give a fukk about otherwise become majestic and powerful when you see them up close

Last Halloween, I'd just moved back to NC and was heading to this girls house down the road.. when I got on the porch, looked about 15-20yds to my left, and a bear just came waltzing out the neighbors yard..

I ran back in to tell my folk to come check it out.. by the time I got back out, and started filming it- there was another Mother Bear behind it..

by the time I panned the shot out, another baby bear came behind it..

I swear, they were walking up the street like somebody owed them some money..

it's not rare to see bears around here.. was sitting around playing Madden up the street, and a bear just walked past my neighbors porch like he lived in the complex.. their mainly lookin for food.. I got a long dark driveway, and I do not take trash/recycle out at night..
