Its kind of crazy, I’ve never seen a game get so hot and then so cold almost immediately after so fast.

this shyt was selling consoles for a minute. Dragon’s Dogma 2 was similar earlier this year but it still wasn’t selling like Dragonball

People complain about console exclusives. But what they should be complaining about is rights exclusives for sports.
Looking at this list, clearly sports games have a very large market share. Large enough that competitors would certainly love to release their version to go up against Madden or 2k. This would force 2k and them to be least predatory with their game models, (pay to play type stuff)

What makes it murky is that the EA bundle of College Football and Madden is listed as an entirely separate thing on the list. Depending on what kind of numbers that did, it might be enough to push both College Football and Madden up a spot. But obviously hard to tell without actual numbers attached to the rankings.
