From what I saw from the other thread, his criteria for 'high value' is someone who makes 10k a month. There are LOTS of 10k a month earners who do not know how to socialize with women or judge women and they pay guys like him for assistance. So based on that definition, being wise/savvy with women does not automatically come with money.
You are overthinking it. Some dudes who make that kind of money and can pick any woman they want like women who weigh more than 145 by design. Tall women, curvy women, tall and curvy women :yeshrug: It's arbitrary and strange.

You still got to eat right but in terms of activity 10k steps or 5 miles a day is the minimum amount of activity you will need from a weight loss standpoint...

The problem with these fat bytches is they do it for a week with a half assed starvation diet nobody can maintain, see minimal to no results, throw they hands up like :hubie:proclaiming they got a thyroid problem and that fat is beautiful...

Lazy and looking for excuses not to put in work, that's definitely not a high value woman...
