Right. Honestly it’s a huge lawsuit if anyone had the money to go thru with it.
Them sitting him out shows they had prior knowledge of an imminent threat and that makes them liable on two fronts 1) To families of other students bc why’d they sit him in that game, but not others, or suspend him, or report it to law enforcement, and 2) To Noah’s own family. If they knew he was in danger, did they notify his family (and if they did, it makes the case in #1 that much worse bc where is the notification to other parents)
But it’s the hood so no one cares to dig deeper

*Watched that ‘full story’ vid and man this is just nasty.
So the kid that Noah Scurry killed was at 3:45pm at a bus stop near the Imhotep school. So they basically aired out the school let out. 8 kids got shot. There’s a a video of the aftermath and you can see and hear the HS kids distraught, one little girl is crying ‘omg his face is gone’.
So the school must have known who did it hence Scurry was held out of the game.
