I went to school in Philly in the early 00's and recently moved back.

It is dirty and pissy with bums everywhere but as long as youre not in North/West Philly youre good.

South Philly is decent...
even parts of Point Breeze is decent.

I mean the mayor now is basically Ed Randell with melanin and a wig . Good for the money making areas in Philly like Center City and the outskirts, but not so kind to the trenches and the other side that's hurting.
