canned chicken is CHEAP very versitile and has since it is shredded you can incorporate it into different things easier. I also eat boneless skinless chk as well but dont always have the time to cook it all.

Also each can of that chk has 0% fat 60 cal and 12g protein.

This is the dip I was talking about in the OP - I HIGHLY recommend you try this shyt. It is fukking amazing and a great source of protein also keeps you full for a long ass time:

Not gonna lie, that shyt looks good as fukk. I'm gonna make that this week, but I'll probably use a chicken breast instead. How much chicken is in a can you use?

I forgot to add probably the most important ingredient for that buffalo Chk dip: Greek plain non fat yogurt
Each can is 2oz of chicken so total is 8oz in that I use half cup of the Greek yogurt

I usually make tuna sandwiches with a mix. Put it together with some salmon then cut some jalepenos into slices and mix it in with some ketchup, mustard, mayo, bbq, and siracha, add some salt and pepper, a squirt of lemon, and mix it all up toast some bread and grub.

My understanding is your body can only take so much protein in one sitting, 25-30 grams
