Just made this dip it is :Noah: perfect for snacking on at lunch

4 cans chicken
1/2 avocado
Stubbs BBQ sauce
Siracha
Mustard
Like juice

Dip celery sticks in and enjoy

Cals 417
Protein 50 g
Fat 12 g

The snack will last you all day and is super filling. Anyone got any other recipe similar to this

4.5 grams of protein per 70 calories - fits right into @MMSex golden ratio for protein/cals

20/1 is max

its actually the worst ratio possible

10/1 is the best you can realistically get before you start cooking overly bland food

I meant in regards to the negative impression I'm getting from other posters as far as eating chicken in a can..

For the most part chicken is easy and cheap to prepare or purchase in a quality form.

I think most people look at canned tuna as more a method to the madness, why do that with chicken :manny:
