No it's not. He was fukked up before and after his first title run. Jeff had already been fired by WWE in '03 and TNA in '06 and quit in 2009 because he knew he was getting fired again after his third wellness strike. Then went back to TNA to continue using. Building a company around him would've been a stupid decision. Even if he is clean now (we don't know) you can't rely on him.

He would've gotten fired, but naw he was burnt out. He ain't leave to prevent a wellness strike. WWE still had plans for him after that but he went to tna instead.
