It is literally that simple. Just because you may only lose 1 pound in a week does not mean it is not working. I think that is the biggest issue with people trying to lose weight, they think they're supposed to drop 5 pounds a week or some shyt. When I was losing weight, I would lose 1 pound some weeks and 2-3 pounds in another. But usually it will be in the 1-2 pound range. The most important thing is to stay consistent. Two pounds a week is just above 100 pounds lost in a calendar year. That is crazy good progress (if you need to lose that much). shyt doesn't happen overnight.
