Man I love this show...it was on teen nick at like 1am...they had the ep where Arnold was acting crazy to get out of a fight with Harold...dude was dancing to some James Brown copycat music.

There was ALOT of crossover from the cast of Hey Arnold and Recess. The guy who voiced Arnold was also King Bob

Francesca the girl who voiced Helga was a bunch of folks on Recess like UpsideDown girl and one of the Ashleys. Chick who voiced Phoebe was also one of the Ashleys

EDIT: and one of the earlier arnold voices turned into Wolfgang once his voice changed
