No love for Bad Santa in here I see
It's been mentioned a bunch of times breh. I think I seen it #1 on a few lists too.No love for Bad Santa in here I see
Its a welcome return to form for Friday after the embarrassing dissappointment that was Next Friday, but I don't see it as a top 10 Christmas movie. Its funny and I still watch it sometimes, but top 10???? it does have some corny shyt in it (the chase from the kid gang, the forced love interest and her terrible dialog, and the gay shyt with Damon) so its funny, but it doesn't work on all levels imo. its a step up from next Friday and that's it.Can't believe I'm not seeing this on a lot of lists. I watched it again this week and that shyt is too funny.
Didn't realize Scully from Brooklyn Nine Nine was the cop in it.
Scrooged is top 5i re arranged my list and put scrooged last..might put nightmare over it
Nah, I can't even remember 10 Christmas Movies that stuck with me like that outside of the main ones listedDid you make your list breh?

because those movies suck for multiple reasons breh :freemanusure:This might be stupid, but A Chistmas movie thread and not one mention of the story of Christ's birth.
Ah well.
I never seen it breh. Was just saying because of the obviousness of it. No mention of the man on his birthday is pretty ironic. But I would blame Hollywood, because like you said nothing has come out that has stuck with anyone. Maybe Disney should do a Nativity story.because those movies suck for multiple reasons breh :freemanusure:
Well it has already been proven that Christ was not born on the day that we call "December 25th" and that the Europeans created Christmas only a few hundred years ago as a celebration that really had nothing to do with Christ or his birthday, so it really doesn't matter, especially at this point in American society where Christmas is solely pushed to produce capital surplus value.I never seen it breh. Yea I know all that already, but it's still the day we celebrate his birth. Not that it matters. Just thought I'd make the point.Well it has already been proven that Christ was not born on the day that we call "December 25th" and that the Europeans created Christmas only a few hundred years ago as a celebration that really had nothing to do with Christ or his birthday, so it really doesn't matter, especially at this point in American society where Christmas is solely pushed to produce capital surplus value.

Anthony Anderson hit the nail on the head on Blackish this week when he said Christmas is really about this guy.
