I'm partial to sci-fi next and I'll most likely do that list but I'm gonna keep it all the way real....I'm terrible with lists and Top 10s, which is why I haven't posted much in these. I think the threads are great, and they spark great discussions, but my brain doesn't work in terms of lists. For basically anything....I had to force myself to do the Horror one.

For anything....be it video games, books, movies, actors, rappers, whatever, once you reach a certain point you're elevated out of contention with anything else in that category. And a list in my mind is just taking that group, and further dividing it so my mind just shuts down on some

I been thinking the same thing. I seen it a while back and don't get what makes it a Christmas movie. Cause some of it took place around Christmas? Nothing about that film says Christmas movie though imo.

The setting the Christmas lights the fact that the whole thing is set off by him stealing a Christmas gift for his nephew characters do say merry Christmas and dress like Santa. It's not like die hard where it incorporates Christmas music in its score or even some of its jokes but it's set at Christmas and is about two weird families and to me Christmas is all about family

I guess you're right. I just didn't remember the Christmas stuff. I guess it's been a while since I seen it. Certain movies I remember the Christmas stuff, but that movie I didn't get that vibe. Might need to watch it again. Die Hard and Die Hard 2 were good at pushing the Christmas theme for action movies.
