I believe that one meal contains a ridiculous amount of calories though. The insulin response from that one huge meal may trigger gaiinz

As long as you're hitting your macros what's so hard to believe?

As someone who is practicing intermittent fasting, I don't think it's ducktales at all. Once you get disciplined enough to determine what actual, real, hunger is, it's not far fetched at all to find yourself eating 1-2 meals a day. If my fast-breaking meal was large enough, I could easily get by just eating once.

I only ate once today and I'm good. That said no way I hit macros. That's what I can't imagine people doing, not that Herschel needs to.

Sounds like his body adapted to it since he's been doing it for years. Me personally I'd get hunger pains and loud ass growls all day if I did that shyt. Not to mention i'd have energy problems when I would try to workout.

In the just-released book "Breaking Free," former NFL running back Herschel Walker delves into his excruciating struggles with dissociative identity disorder, saying he tried to manage a dozen alternate personalities and that the condition nearly drove him to suicide.

"We were talking and the next thing I knew, he got a gun, and he put it to my temple," she recalls. When asked what Walker said to her while he had a gun to her head, Cindy replied, "I'm going to blow your f---ing brains out."Walker said in the interview that he's "ashamed" and "disappointed in myself" for what he did, and that the incident with the gun is what led him to get help. He has since been diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder, also known as multiple personality disorder, and he and Cindy both believe that it was an alternate personality that threatened Cindy's life that day.

I heard someone say Walker probably blacks out and eats bunch of red meat couple of times a day :lolbron:.
