how is a channel owened by viacom that owns paramount have so little to offer considering their rich library

showtime ALWAYS been with movies since forever
movie wise its always been 1.hbo 2.stars 3. cenimax/encore then showtime and the movie channel


showtime has some heat for tv shows but they ruin them and their lack of movies makes them damn near not worth getting

Starz passed Showtime because of the movies not the tv shows

outside of Power ive never even heard anybody mention any of their shows since Spartacus went off the air

even Survivors Remorse which is good never gets mentioned

Starz is usually cheap too. HBO or Showtime runs like 15 bucks and you get like 5 channels. Starz will be bundled with about 14 channels and cost 10.

wait so... if you target to a demographic of people who are largely neglected but make up a large portion of subscribers for a service... you might get a large spike in business from that demographic?


And hold up... so if you put together a youthful, good looking, diversified cast hitting many different demographics, everyone largely gets to shine and it's not about whitey saving the day while his token friends act token'ly grateful... you might gain big viewership from those demographics?
