Right... I don't disagree with this at all...
At the very least (even tho' Vince & his crew ignore it at times), a reaction means they care enough to boo or cheer, which sometimes dictates the direction of that wrestler. If Charlotte gets booed, of course it goes against the character she's supposed to be portraying, but it also means there's potential for that turn. It's waaaay worse when the crowd don't care enough to do either/or. Mojo Rawley, Dana Brooke, or Apollo Crews would LOVE to get booed outta the building or cheered like crazy right now... some of the best turns ever happened based on crowd reaction, especially guys who were supposed to be babyface but got booed... ain't that correct, @R=G?
Sure but usually the company complys with how the crowd reacts to a performer. Then they turn that performer accordingly.
True... the only one they seem to be super stubborn about is Roman. Which is crazy because he might have actually been over like they want him by now if they had just done a turn at some point.
Far as Charlotte, I wouldn't be surprised if it happens soon. I think they're gonna make a Charlotte/Rousey match happen at Mania and they're gonna heel her out for that.
They've done some silly shyt lately tho'- the biggest one is turning the most popular guy on Raw heel. Followed by this Elias heel run which is awesome, but people been cheering him since before Mania. The Becky/Charlotte shyt is wild, but they can still get Becky booed- she just has the wrong person to get booed against right now. If her next feud is, say, Asuka- it's goin' down. Lashley needed his turn real bad tho, glad they did that.
But yeah, any reaction definitely beats no reacton. Even if it aint the reaction theyre lookin for. I'd rather be a face gettin' booed than a face they sit on their hands for.
