Is it outside or inside? If it's inside you fukked cuz you'll have to stick that prep h up your ass. If it's on the outside then make sure to clean the area each time you take a shyt, if you can then go commando cuz the constriction helps to irritate the hem.

Oh, and use St. John's Wort liquid extract instead of prep h or those chemical suppositories. I guarantee you the moment you put that stuff on it'll give you that same cool, relieved feel like you just took a huge shyt. If it still bugs you then try some ice packs to bring the swelling down or an epsom salt bath, but besides that just take it easy and don't exercise or do too much for a few days.
