i use the "Lose it" nutritional app to track calories...

it's pretty cool...has just about every name brand food item you can find in a grocery store and every a major chain restaurant as well. so you can track Calories on dishes...fat grams ...protein etc easily. Best part is it stores your daily\weekly usage so you don't go over..and factors in the amount of exercise you do daily as well.

This Is A Good Drop, I've Had It On My iPhone For Forever But I Just Been Forgetful To Utilize It

Just Added A Couch To 5K App For Anyone Thinking About Doing The Program (Which I HIGHLY Suggest Guys!)

The App I Posted Is Not THE BEST 5K App But It's Free And Effective

My ONLY Issues With It Is That The Timer fukks Up And Restarts During Your Run, BUT Ignore It, The Voice That Tells You What To Do Stays On Pace With The Workout And When Your Done It Logs Your Finished Results With NO ISSUES, The Timer fukking Up Is Only An Annoance If You're Constantly Checking The Phone, Which I Dont Do, I Just Run And Listen To The Recordings Commands.
