i use the "Lose it" nutritional app to track calories...
it's pretty cool...has just about every name brand food item you can find in a grocery store and every a major chain restaurant as well. so you can track Calories on dishes...fat grams ...protein etc easily. Best part is it stores your daily\weekly usage so you don't go over..and factors in the amount of exercise you do daily as well.
