I am, we're seeking legal recourse in all sorts of ways. This has been going on for years now, ever since a new principal took over. Last year when my brother brought it up, the ASB advisor called him a 'bytch' because he was complaining about racists. That was a whole thing. Our school made it to the New York Times for its racist bullshyt, so it's not an isolated incident. Half the community's pissed off because it's 50% hispanic.
