Shameless (US version) is probably one of the most consistent shows out right now and has been so since it first aired.

One thing that this show is *really* good at is juggling multiple storylines. Most programs have a hard time making more than one or two characters interesting, Shameless tends to be really good at always having a few different people that you're interested in.

for a minute, I thought it was gonna fall off the rails, but the 2nd season that they aired in 2016 was excellent.
