That's even more embarrassing. My ankle could be broken and hurting like a mug but I'll find a way to act like I'm winded then walk to the bench like I'm all good but :mjcry: on the inside

Here's some small simple easy tips

Wrapping a basketball around your body multiple times from head to toe. (Example : Gilbert Arenas free throw routine, but do it from head to toe)

Simple things like holding/carrying a basketball a lot can help too. It makes you get used to having the ball in your hands. I stay randomly holding my basketball since i was a kid.
