You have to get rid of LoPan and the 3 Storms for the culture to change. There is no accountability from them and that has bled into the players. The players know there is no real jeopardy to losing theirs jobs because if LoPan likes you then you're a keeper to him and any coach coming in barring has to work around that.

This is the second time in 3 weeks where the special teams couldve cost us the game because of Hero Ball.

Juanyeh returning that td in Washington which gave the Commanders a chance to tie it, and Oruwariye trying to pick up the ball after the block.

I watched the cowboys lose a game in large part because a special teams player didn't understand the rules and touched the ball but then I also saw the Chiefs win a game because the raiders center just randomly hiked the ball for no reason and the chiefs recovered the fumble after the raiders were already in field goal range and down 2 points with time running out
