Looks dope. Looks as good as the del Toro movies.

Trailer looks like a watered down version of GDT’s movies. I’m kinda shocked after all that time they spent bragging about going in a more horror-based direction. The tone looks the same; they just made all the monsters “meaner”.

And how does it look as good when one of the first things you notice is that something is very off with HB’s face? Harbor has the temperament right, but WTF did they do to HB’s face???

Literally turned a dark comedy/horror action film, into "Weekend at Hellboy's". No memorable cast, horrible supporting actors, and no heart...they literally stole all the aesthetics of Guillermo's movies, from the character design, to the fukking powers.

Hellboy is more of Guillermo's take on a Hayao Miyazaki film....except much darker....and there's an obvious villain. In part 1 its all about heart, Hellboy wanting to "fit in", developing friendships, and losing a father. Part 2 was about acceptance, and this was the real "Hayao" movie for Del Toro, Prince Nuada is the misunderstood "villain" who lost it all, deemed the "villain" only because he opposes the humans who betrayed him. I love the story but hate three parts; Krauss being voice by MacFarlane, the Tecate scene with Abe, and Liz needing to "give him a reason" to live...way too hammy there.

Nothing like original hell boy movie. I wouldnt mind that if this is how the origibal comic kinda is (i heard it was dark.. this dont even look darker than first one ... never read comic) but just seems weird branding.

As a big fan of the first two movies, this is just...

Didn't know they were going for a darker tone. The last one was pretty dark, visually at least but the comedy was sprinkled. This looks like they just opened the damn shaker and poured it in. The first thing I noticed was the hand, it looked almost too big. I'll wait for a follow up trailer but this doesn't really have me anticipating much.

this is supposed to be super loyal to the comic, which will make the thousands of loyal Hellboy readers happy, and neglect... everyone else. it's 2018, just make little nods to comics. most people seeing movies have never read a comic.
