I have a friend who is 6'0" and she cares.

I actually never cared about height until more recently - cause the dude I'm talking to is 6'4" and I love it...I actually don't "care" much now, but it's just nice...something I hadn't had before and do now and I like it. He pursued me and I happened to like his overall look/personality...so had nothing to do with his height. I have girlfriends who would NOT date a guy shorter than 6'2" for example. I've never been like that.

Short women want tall men tall women want a man taller then them.

I prefer above average.. 5'5 and over. I see how cruel this world can be and I won't do that to my child(ren). I'm in good shape genetically because the shortest woman on either side of my family is 5'5 with the tallest being 6'1(my father's sister). The shortest male is 5'10 and the average is 6'1.

I'm 5'11.

A bit of a superficial topic...but, in relation to dating, how important is a person's height to you?

Do you only date tall men?
Guys, if you're tall, do you prefer tall women, or shorter?

I never really had a preference for tall men until recently.

Not saying I wouldn't date someone who isn't 6'4" or something, but a tall man is pretty nice (it's not "important" to me, but it's a nice bonus).

Kinda important. Im pretty short myself at 5'5" so I wouldnt date a guy around my height or shorter. Ideally I like a man that towers over me so that I can climb him like a tree , but as long as hes taller than me its all good.

I'm short.. never really had a problem with it until recently when I got injured. Lost a lot of confidence because of it.

Most women Ive dated were around 5'4... but I've had some 6'0 chicks interested. Kinda wished I had pursued it sometimes
