Heat can't afford to come out with the same lineup and expect different results. Spo needs to start Lowry over Gabe in the 2nd. He's having an easier time getting in the paint and drawing contact. I would say start Duncan over Strus too but I know they won't do that. Either way, it may be time to give Highsmith some minutes over him.
