Put me on. I work third shift if anyone needs to know that. I walk a lot too during my shift. I did some jump rope today before I showered for work. Always been skinny fat but the alcohol starting catch up. Help a breh.
What’s the goal here?

Eating Better? To answer that we would need to know what you eat now.

Losing “weight/fat”?

Changing body composition aka looking leaner and more muscular?

Look lean. Skinny fat so I can suck it up and with good posture it looks like I have pecs but they on the way to be man titties.

Beans, rice, red meat, mashed potato, scrambled eggs, sunny side up egg, or boiled egg. Fried veggies on the side. Bakery goods so to speak. Lately at work I just eat there bullshyt like honey buns, muffin or energy/protein bars.

This small belly ain’t that bad but it’s starting to become harder to suck up.

If you don’t have a consistent training plan then this reads heavy on the starch like mashed potatoes, honey, muffins. Low key always try to avoid foods that are high carb and high fat like those day to day.

Otherwise more water, fruit, more vegetables and lean protein.

your diet is terrible :ld: but with a 100-200 budget per week, you have way more than enough money allotted to buy decent groceries

but man titties and a belly aint gonna firm up without exercise, shyt will just get smaller with no muscle, so....yea, plan on getting a fitness regimen worked into this soon

people like you, i recommend the 21 day fix nutrition plan - you're eating in a calorie range, but the focus is on servings of different food groups, not pure cals or macros so you're not stuck counting everything all the time. it's great because once you get used to what an actual serving size looks like and used to incorporating a variety of food groups, you can kinda fly solo. IMO, in the beginning, it's easier to try to batch cook up some proteins vs cooking everyday. http://p413life.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/21-Day-Fix-Eating-Plan.pdf

Ground turkey and rice is one of the cheapest/healthy meals out. Nasty af but we do what we gotta do. Add some hot sauce or bbq sauce and it’s semi tolerable
