but with a 100-200 budget per week, you have way more than enough money allotted to buy decent groceries
but man titties and a belly aint gonna firm up without exercise, shyt will just get smaller with no muscle, so....yea, plan on getting a fitness regimen worked into this soon
people like you, i recommend the 21 day fix nutrition plan - you're eating in a calorie range, but the focus is on servings of different food groups, not pure cals or macros so you're not stuck counting everything all the time. it's great because once you get used to what an actual serving size looks like and used to incorporating a variety of food groups, you can kinda fly solo. IMO, in the beginning, it's easier to try to batch cook up some proteins vs cooking everyday.
