There's a wholesome way to make content with your patients and that definitely wasn't it. Shoutouts to Carnell. And never showed the client's face.









Eventually the client passed but at least he spent his last days in good hands with someone who treated him with care and respect.

You’re missing the point…. The simple fact that she is recording special needs patients, putting them on social media (while on location AND NOT CENSORING THEIR FACES) and then performing actions that are undoubtedly considered gross misconduct by medical industry standards and HIPAA is ILLEGAL…there are literally SEVERAL laws against this…. once she uploaded them online showing their identify, she was already sealing her own fate and playing with her freedom …. I WOULD KNOW I WAS A MEDICAL CASE MANAGER FOR 11 YEARS….. The shyt was dumb af and ridiculously unnecessary….no matter how you slice it… Play stupid games, win stupid prizes G

I concede you are 100% right on the ethical side of it. I know what HIPPA is but im sure you know the rules better than me. I thought that was really just about disclosing peoples illnesses and what meds you were giving them. We see kids being recorded in hospitals having a spinning basketball put on their finger by Harlem Globe trotters. On a human level this seems similar to that. If we put the ethics to the side,did she help the patients cope better? You heard the patient say he wanted a hug in that video. Do you say that to a nurse that you hate and doesnt take care of you?

The young lady is 19 years old for gods sake. Ive seen gang members recieve more grace than shes getting:respect:
