Stay away from the clubs just gonna be packed with thots and they over charging for everything hit ocean dr hit a bar or something

Ocean dr has lots of spots for breakfast m bunch n shyt I usually hit the Front porch cafe they French toast is A one

Try pairsailing or a outdoor water activity like snorkeling is fun or get a jet ski tour

Also the yelp app is most important but it’s lots to do aint really gotta plan just gotta wake up n get out have fun

@princeofhaiti

EDIT: just notice your username assuming your Haitian go visit little Haiti has some nice murals n shyt food spots to but just yelp before you go in
Maybe the clubs is what people are talking about with the craziness. When I went there I didnt go to any clubs and I still had a great time.

@princeofhaiti Just came back from Miami a week ago, I was there for 4 days and it was fun. Idk what these weirdos are talking about. South Beach was fun. Mad restaurants, good food and drinks, parking is a beyatch tho. Add bout $50-60 bucks to your trip budget for parking depending on how long your staying in MIA, That shyt caught me and my friend off guard and we totally didnt account for that in our budget, big mistake. Cj's Crab Shack on south beach was delicious and well worth the money. Wynwood is wack, dont go there unless your actually into art, traffic is bad between 8-10 and 4-6. Drivers are very aggressive and pedestrians are out looking to catch a case. Legit will have 3 highways in one, its the most nonsensical shyt ive ever seen. Brickell Ave and that whole downtown scene was lit to me because Im from NYC so it vaguely reminded me of manhattan. Again parking is a bytch around Brickell. If you find free parking guard that shyt with your life and just walk if your next stop is nearby. Low key I just got one of those parking meter slips and put it on my dashboard for my whole trip:mjlol:. Groupon has some nice banana boat rides. Dont do jetskis through groupon, they are all scammers. I did a little snorkeling trip for $60, but the water is green so snorkeling isnt worth it. I wasnt in a super dangerous area, I had an Airbnb in little havana and nothing happened. If me and my friend were there and no guys were aggressive with us, no one should bother you and your girl unless you go to a club or something. Oh yeah, it seemed like Bayshore looked interesting and had some bars and shyt but my lazy as friend didnt want to go. Miami zoo was nice but big as hell and exhausting.
Op ignore everything in this post !

Why? I jwas just there a week ago
First fukk parking. Uber/lift everywhere. Miami beach towing gives zero fukks plus way too much traffic to be driving while on vacation.
Dont eat on ocean drive at all. Eat on lincoln road. Your whole meal will cost what one drink will on ocean drive.
What is in downtown/brickell that someone would go there memorial day weekend?
Bayshore?? again why would he go there??

OP theres no reason to leave Miami Beach. Theres nothing happening in mainland miami except strip clubs.

I live on miami beach.

No one is saying Miami is bad. We’re specifically talking about going on Memorial Day Weekend.

Maybe I should have ubered everywhere but I already drove my car down so I was like whatevs. I got away with my little ticket slip with street parking and paid for parking garages. Ive never taken an uber but would the price be cheaper for 4 days 2 people and we were bopping left and right doing 2-3 different things in different locations per day? Some drives were 30-40 minutes and miami zoo was damn near an hour away. The spot I ate at on ocean drive was a crab shack and I got 2 clusters of snow crab, oysters, crab cakes, shrimp, and alfredo pasta for $33.50, that was a good deal for me and to still be able to be right by the beach, music blasting, beautiful people walking up and down, occasional luxury car stunting down the road. I feel like it was worth it. I like south beach vibe and to me the food, drinks, and service was fun. Some people pay for experience and vibes. I went to brickell ave for breakfast and later on for sushi. There's alot of nice stores around there and places to take pictures. Bayshore was where the boat took off for the 4 hour snorkeling trip. Way in the back of that whole bayshore thing is a bunch of piers were various watersport boats are docked. As I was walking by I saw alot of bars and restaurants, live music, and what not so I thought it was nice. I didnt go to miami looking for super live club places and party scenes. Idk if thats what OP is looking for or not. I was just telling him where I went while there.

You gonna walk past a group of young men and someone gonna grab ya girls ass. You gonna square up and get jumped.

You gonna wait on line to get over charged to get in any hot spots.

You gonna drive around for an hour looking for parking.

An IG model gonna give you the look and your girl gonna slap the shyt outta you.

You are going to get your credit card number stolen by a scammer at a bar.

Take your girl to Tootsies to watch the playoffs and the baddest stripper you seen in your life gonna grab your dikk and tell you you should have left your girl at home.

Enjoy :mjlol:

All these things happened to me the last time i was in Miami.

Definitely overrated
