I'd pull a Tim Duncan, this is an injury that takes a full 12 months to recover from. I'd try and tank and get Shabazz Muhammad, then bring Rose back around March/April just so he can get some gametime. Outside of Boozer, that core is young enough to do something like that.

I said the same thing back in the old Bulls thread.

It's a possibility, and this is a prime opportunity to make major moves and get a pass for it from the fanbase.

The FO will get exposed for being inept... this is their first real test. The squad has plenty of expiring contracts to work with, they could easily stack picks and dump guys if they wanted to.
