Closer to $200.

In regards to the OP,
No woman references an uppercut as Hadoken, who's alias is this?

You're right the extra $100...less than $100 makes it...better. Wtf is Hadoken? And when did I say anything about an uppercut? I am a proven woman. There is a thread on it. Ask about me.

Crying in the car over $100? smh

My tears symbolically represented all the words I wanted to say, but held back in, out of respect. Honestly, it was less about the money, and more about him breaking a verbal agreement. To deal with it, I had a quiet conversation with God (who I have no shame to cry to), and then carried on with my day.

:wow:

I grew up with lots of boys. Nintendo Street Fighter was the best!

:blessed:

Do you have brothers, cousins, uncles ? Then go see about that nikka instead of crying about it.

I don't believe in chasing someone for cash.

:yeshrug:

What kinda jobs pay u the same day u work? Stripper or waitress is all I can think of.

:skip:

Really? It's an office type of job. He took me on board instead of hiring through an agency, because my friend recommend me & they desperately needed someone for that day. People don't really work cash in hand anymore, but it happens sometimes.

you are broke

I beg to differ. I had breakfast and lunch today. I'll be having dinner soon!

He was mumbling so many excuses at the speed of light; I was left both flustered and flabbergasted.

you're acting like this is about principle but the truth is fear made you hold back, not principle or "respect". like you said yourself, "Honestly, it was less about the money, and more about him breaking a verbal agreement. so you wouldn't be chasing someone for cash. I'm not saying you should have gotten gangsta on him. But you should have at least stood up for yourself.

He robbed me!
And you were a bystander to your own victimization. I know i'm sounding harsh right now but I'm trying to get you to be conscious as to why it happened so you can maybe have a different outcome if it happens again in the future.

You can't let people walk on you in life. Act like it's no big deal. Go to his house and hang, take the stuff you want (equaling how much he owes you) and dip. You'll both have learned a lesson from the experience.
