He’s an opportunist in my eyes. One of those people that believes any publicity is good publicity. When he went to valley, he took students with him and doubled their size while weakening Talladega band. And I suspect valley is just another pit stop as well. This could be money better allocated that they’re raising. Hell, with some of the scandals with money I’ve seen from band directors, not saying him, it should be better allocated.

Where does it say they are asking for 350k? The gofundme is only asking for 13k. And they nearly got it. 350k is the total cost but the school is already paying for it.

When was the invitation given/accepted because it seems a little short. Trying to find lodging in the DMV area "now" for the inauguration is going to be very expensive.
