Season finale was trash, but the raider story line is pretty close to the one that happened in reality with them moving to Vegas.
They went through multiple investors until someone offered to put up (I believe $500 million? or whatever) most of the money of the stadium. Because Mark Davis didnt have the start up $ and neither city wanted to finance it.
I believe someone (Wynn I believe) offered to put up $, then backed out, then someone else offered to put up a smaller amount and it fell through cause the city couldnt get it backed, and then the big investor decided to put all the $ in anyway. (I believe, maybe a raider fan can drop more knowledge on it).
The season finale sucks because after all that, they get what they want, and the rock still isnt happy so he goes back to his 9-5
which they didnt even think about this -- how/why would NFL players listen to Spence on financial advice, if he just talked him self out of being a NFL owner with 0 up front money

remember that season ari ended up getting president of a studio... they was iffy all season with him trying to get it, then he finally pulls it off when no one thought he could.. he goes to tell vince so they can celebrate. vince is like "man you sold out.. we were supposed to do this by force.. not just leap to the top" then ari turns it down, and doubles down on his agency..
same exact fukking story, with minor changes... shyt even happened at the end of a season finale like this
