Got around to checking out Euphoria S1. Agree with the comments that Zendaya is really good in the main role and her struggles with addiction was the main dramatic highlight for me. There is a lot of high-school drama, but some of the visual flourishes help to elevate it imo. Did not expect a certain character to be in supervillain mode.
