"Midnight Run". They def don't make em like this anymore. Even though I wasn't busting out laughing I still love the dialogue. De Niro was funny cause this ngga acting tough like he was in one of his gangsta movies. Bro that just died was excellent too. The chemistry was great. Then you combine the comedy with the action, with the drama. Again, they don't make them like this anymore. I know they would mess up a remake if they ever did one.

might check this out

Conjuring 3 was very average to me, def didnt capture the essence of the first 2 conjuring films. Was just too cliche of a demon posession film. Probably on par with the other spinoffs. I was disappointed.
And to think there was a time where I actually considered watching this in theaters. So glad I didn’t. I just couldn’t get myself to care for any of these characters.

The first film will always be a gem to me, the second one was good, but the rest of these Conjuring Universe films save for like two have been incredibly mid. Wan is such a master of horror in creating tension and his directing is sorely missed. Looking forward to Malignant.

Yeah first 2 conjuring films are some of the best horror films of this era imo

my friend is texting me in real-time while watching in the heights
he just went where are the fukking black people in this film? :dead:

According to this, the African American population is .01%
Washington Heights, Manhattan - Wikipedia

I’ll have to send him this
He swears it’s 50/50:russ:

He said he doesn’t believe it, they’re a lot of black people there. Afro Latinos are just saying their Latino not black which is messing up the numbers
It’s 7.6% African American. The 0.1% was for native Americans.

The Conjuring was entertaining. It’s only so much you can do with a franchise like The Conjuring. I look at it like the Fast and Furious franchise and take it for what’s its worth.
