They said in the doc that "faking it till you make it" is a thing in silicon valley. You can funnel money for years without anyone noticing.

As someone said in the doc, if you made the box, there was a better chance of it working, then you can always make the box smaller later on. Right now, someone is figuring out how to do that

I just had to put it on pause at the 48 min mark after the CGI graphics of what was going to inside the prototype machines for real

Hepatitis infected blood donated from homeless people spattered everywhere, broken glass pieces and robotic needles, and that one guy had to reach inside the machine with a glove and clear it out .


In some ways, this documentary actually reminds me of the "Silicon Valley" TV show, if Pied Piper were a scam.

The only comet I've ever seen was hale-bobb. I was in college at the time (1997) and you could look up in the sky and see the comet as soon as it got dark. It was beautiful.

Watched the 1st three Eps. This kind of show doesn't need to be no more than 6-8 Eps total. Kind of role right up ole girl's alley tho.
