I think $10 is a sweet spot for HBO. If anyone cut cable in favor of Netflix, they'd gladly spend an extra $10 for HBO b/c they're still saving a ton of money.

netflix has a monolopy of shows along with great exclusive series. How is hbo gonna sell just off of their exclusives. Only reason people go with netflix is because they have way more than you can bootleg at a time so you cant really fight it.

The idea is for HBO to continue it's programming as normal but offer a subscription directly to the customer via Smart TV, Roku, Apple TV, etc. Netflix has Exclusive content, but they don't have up to date content like Hulu Plus as far as current running shows. If HBO offers a $15-20 subscription? Im all over that shyt. :feedme:

The inevitable Comcast price rise :mjcry:

I hate the bastids..shytty customer service...you lose service and they can't get anyone to your crib for 2 days, and you still have to argue with someone just to get like a month free of HBO.
