What I said was I don't do anything remotely close to that - meaning I don't use that sort of reasoning when a team wins or loses. Example - after I said that the Warriors were going to beat the Grizzlies (before the series), and then the Grizzlies took a 2-1 series lead - did I switch my stance on who's gonna win or did I defend my initial stance of the Warriors winning? Answer carefully.

So I just threw out a general statement saying that the Hawks won't make it out of the East (not having enough experience, one piece away from being contenders, no "star" scorer/player etc etc)
Multiple Hawks fans tellin me that I was stupid/delusional/crazy/idiotic for thinking this - this carries on for at least a month
I then see if these Hawks fans can back up their talk by making a bet thread
Bet conditions - they'll be banned for a few weeks whereas I be banned for five months.
