thanks breh.. Weighted vests are cool but expensive, esp if you just gon use em for pullups/dips. I just got some ~30$ belt off amazon

RICE.....

Idk, might be worth the investment, if I quit going to the gym and workout at the park.

A lot of cats do the park thing for a month or sohh, then end up going back to the gym,

because they miss the weights. But if I workout with a weighted vest, will I see the same

results, as if I had went to the gym....

This week, I started working out in the park. And I already got that fresh outta

prison look :takedat:

Yea def if u quit gym look into getting one. Weighted vest would work for lower body stuff too now that I think about it.
