the way he chopped that first sample with the vocal was crazy ... i would never even think to try sample those parts with the vocals over them

even the 2nd sample with the clean intro .... i probably would have looped that shyt, but he chopped it into something more sinister

1. i will never understand how these dudes chop up samples like this.. like how can you sample 1 drum but not catch the background of the rest of the song on it

2. i laugh when nikkas speak on dre like "b-b-b-b-b-but all producers have a team" naaaaaaaaaaaaaah... give some nikkas a drum machine, a computer and some records and they will come out with stone cold classics :wow:

when I watch these videos, I'm shocked when I see some of these producers who don't even have technics 1200's, cuz any self-respecting DJ should have those. havoc is not one of these people tho.

once you get in a daw like komplete it's not that hard. the background is in it but its what makes the drums sound so good. its almost unnoticable on their own but when reprogrammed it gives the beats more life imo
