They have porta potties lined up along the course. I stopped and let the fried corn and tomatoes I had the night before go. Twice. The second stop was alot quicker than the first.

Ever erun a half marathon and have to take a poop at mile 3 AND mile 6?

I was doing a7 mile run in the winter, and I had to take a shyt and there was NOWHERE to go cuz I was on the lakefront. ended up remembering that my old job (a medical center with clean bathrooms) was right in the area and I ended up going there. thank goodness it was open on a saturday that day
